We are facing the port of Palermo now to the north of what was the old port (La Cala). In the mid 1500's the spanish viceroy Garcia de Toledo, had the new port built to replace the old one that had become insufficient for the cities needs. There is currently work in progress in the port that will bring about remarkable changes and most of all for tourist and viability. Just a short walk will get you to the historic centre, the largest in Europe and you can easily find all kinds of restaurants and shops just minutes from our bulding.

Rooms are available from 2.00pm. Check-in by h. 20.00 after this time a notice is required. Check-out by 10.30 am Time Breakfast from 8.00 to 10.00 No entry for those who are not registered with a valid identification document. No parties. Children 0-2 years old will stay for free. Full payment in advance for 1 night. Advance payment of 30% for longer stays, the balance will be paid in cash at our structure. Refund in case of cancellation with 7 days notice. City tax is not included, 1.50 euros per person per day up to 4 days (under i 12 years is not paid). This can be paid in cash at the time of the balance. The customer will have access to the keys to the B&B in addition to the room keys in case of loss of one or the other there is a penalty of 25 euros. Children under the age of 18 cannot stay in the structure unless accompanied by at least an adult.
